Orange Submarine Operations provides Workforce Management for the largest privately owned Dutch exploration and production operating company, ONE-Dyas B.V. (ONE-Dyas).
A unique process requires unique people. Hence we provide a unique service; in conjunction with ONE-Dyas we manage the HR process for their on- and offshore operations. All Operational Staff working for Q16-Maas is employed by Orange Submarine Operations.
We take care of literally everything staff-related, so our Client can focus solely on their core activities. Likewise, we take care of everything for our Employees, so they can concentrate on delivering an excellent job for our Client.
Orange Submarine Operation’s staff is dedicated and experienced. In collaboration with ONE-Dyas, we invest greatly in the personal development of our people and provide them with ample training and development opportunities.

We handle salary, contract and time sheet administration and take care of salary payments. If required we also prepare job profiles.
Competencies Management
We operate an individualized system to ensure our Employees are up to date with their required training courses, as well as personal development courses. We offer operational support such as organising and booking Medical, BOSIET, HUET etc.
Career Planning
We provide coaching and support in defining our Employees’ next step and guide them on their career path. We provide ample training opportunities for personal and professional development.
